  1. Video Evidence: To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide video evidence that captures the complete unboxing and opening process of the product. The video should start from the moment the package is received and continue until the product is fully unpacked. Failure to provide this video evidence will disqualify customers from receiving a refund.

  2. Packaging Video: In addition to the unboxing video, customers must also provide a separate video that demonstrates the condition of the packaging. This video should show that the product's packaging is intact and undamaged.

  3. Perfect Packaging: The product's packaging must be in perfect, unopened, and undamaged condition. If any part of the product's packaging is damaged or appears to be tampered with, the refund request may be declined.

Returns Policy: AwicloHealth does not generally accept returns. However, there are exceptions:

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will either initiate a refund for the wrongly/damaged delivered product or arrange to ship the correct product based on your preference.

Order Cancellation and Edits: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or edited. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Refund and Replacement Process: For refunds or replacements, valid visual proof (photo or video) is required. Additionally:

  • Products with a broken seal will be automatically rejected for return or refund.

  • The refund process typically takes 2-3 working days to complete.
